Captains
Five captains active, representing blocs of roughly 110 organized players; three more in conversation ahead of the winter season. Outdoor park groups lose their courts in November. Winter league registration opens October 6, captains first.

- Open a 3.25 league division from the 3.0 waitlist rather than expanding 3.0.
