Membership operations · indoor court facilities

An operating partner for your courts. Not another agency. Not another consultant.

We don’t sell you leads and we don’t hand you a plan. We get inside your building, diagnose it from your own booking data, build the daypart products, run the leagues, recruit the captains, and answer for the utilization number in dollars, every month.

Step 1 · The diagnosis

How full are you?

Enter your real numbers and see what you’re leaving on the table. Thirty seconds, four numbers you already know.

Your facility

Four numbers you already know.
What your empty hours cost per year
$0
at your current fill. No building sells every hour; the audit finds the slice you can actually capture.
Annualized revenue captured
$0
booked hours × rate × 52
Sellable court-hours / week
0
perishable inventory. An empty hour is destroyed forever.
RevPACH
$0
revenue per available court-hour, the metric we run your building on
Every 10% fuller is worth
$0
per year at your rate. Many buildings have several times that available in their dead hours; the audit shows whether yours does.

A court-hour is a hotel room: it expires at the top of the hour whether anyone paid for it or not. Hotels solved this decades ago and called it revenue management. CourtFull runs the same discipline on courts, where the real product is a weekly habit with people you like.

Step 2 · See it on your own calendar

Every hour on your calendar has a price.

The calculator gave you one blended number. This is what that number looks like split into hours: a real 10-court building, eight weeks of booking data, nothing staged. The deep blue is money in the bank, and every pale cell is money walking past the front desk. Click a dead cell and it will tell you what it’s costing.

SAMPLE FACILITY · 10 courts · 8 weeks of reservation data · every figure computed from the export, nothing staged

The Court-Hour P&L is our diagnostic instrument, not the product. The product is your Tuesday night, full.

Want this exact view of your own building? Drop your CourtReserve or PodPlay export in the Client Portal and it computes right in your browser. Nothing uploads, nothing is stored, and it takes about a minute. The instrument is free. The audit is the interpretation: your market researched, your programs fitted, your plan built.

Step 3 · The plan

Your Tuesday 10 am isn’t empty because nobody wants to play.

It’s empty because the people who are free at 10 am have never been offered a product built for their life. Every dead daypart on that grid has a population, and every population has a program. A few of them:

WKDY 9A–12P
Retirees, remote workers, post-dropoff parents. Skill-banded AM Social cohorts, plus an AM-only membership that expires at 4 pm so it can never touch your prime.
WKDY 12–2P
Corporate teams a mile from your door. Lunch leagues sold to the company, not the player. One HR email beats a thousand ad impressions.
WKDY 2–4P
Homeschool families and seniors. Homeschool PE sold by the semester to co-ops. Institutional buyers renew by default.
WKDY 9P–CLOSE
Service industry and night owls. Industry Night leagues, recruited through restaurant and bar group chats, not ads.

Prime is protected, not broadly discounted. The fences are what make off-peak pricing safe. The full five-layer Court Yield System is published in full, daypart by daypart.

Step 4 · The work

You don’t have time to run any of that. That’s the point.

Building those programs is a full-time job that keeps losing to the leaky toilet and the payroll run. So CourtFull runs it as a weekly cadence:

Monday
Dashboard triage. Which dayparts moved, which stalled, what gets attention this week.
Tuesday
Captains. Every league captain gets a text. Rosters, subs, next season's re-up.
Wednesday
Seasons. Programming built and published six to eight weeks ahead.
Thursday
Pipeline. Corporate, church, school, and co-op buyers worked by name.
Friday
Your numbers. Utilization against baseline, in dollars, on their way to your report.

The monthly report is the receipt. The product is the Tuesday-night league that did not exist in March.

The difference

A consultant hands you a plan. An agency sends you leads. An operator owns the number.

The consultant

Hands you a plan

Smart analysis, a deck, an invoice. Then it’s Tuesday, the 10am block is still empty, and executing the plan is still your job.

The agency

Sends you leads

Ads, clicks, calls, reach, all measured in marketing units. Nobody in the building owns what happens after the first visit, so most players play once and vanish.

The operator · CourtFull

Owns the number

We run the membership function: the calendar, the products, the leagues, the captains, the automation, and we report against your utilization baseline in dollars, every month. Hands on the machine.

The honest comparison is not an agency retainer. It is the membership director most facilities cannot find, train, or keep. CourtFull is that role, installed.

Step 5 · The person behind the number

So who actually picks up the phone?

Mic Foster, founder of CourtFull
Mic Foster · Founder and Operator

Not an account manager. Not a ticket queue. CourtFull is run by Mic Foster, a Bexley, Ohio operator who has signed his own leases, met his own payrolls, and spent more than two decades building businesses around membership, recurring behavior, and underused capacity.

He founded and sold Pet Athletic Club, a membership-based facility, then built and sold Brass Tap locations inside a national franchise system, where the whole game was turning slow dayparts into reasons for people to show up.

In 2021 he founded Impact Pickleball, the country’s largest custom-paddle manufacturer at its peak, producing thousands of paddles a month, with branded paddles in hundreds of facilities across the United States. He has watched this industry’s growth and its stabilization from the inside, facility by facility, on the equipment side of the counter.

“I know exactly what an empty 10am costs, because I’ve paid for one.”

Mic works directly with every facility during installation and ongoing operation.

Why now

Demand is still growing. So is the building across town.

The sport is still growing. So is the supply of courts, and players have more buildings to choose from every season. The facilities that win from here will be the ones that run their calendar like inventory.

Step 6 · Three ways in

Start with your own data.

Scope and pricing are published in full on every page. You will never need a discovery call to learn a number.

01
CourtFull Audit
$3,500 · fully credited toward installation within 30 days

Your reservation data becomes your Court-Hour P&L: every leak ranked in annual dollars, three recommended programs, a 90-minute working session. The Audit is also the stop sign: if the numbers do not support Operate, CourtFull will say so.

02
CourtFull Operate
$12,500 install + $5,000/mo · six-month initial term

The membership department, installed in four weeks and run every week after: calendar, leagues, captains, automation, and the monthly report in dollars against your baseline.

03
CourtFull Launch
from $25,000 · milestone billing, standard 6 to 12 court facility

For facilities opening within four to six months: sixteen weeks of presale operations aimed at opening full, then a day-one handoff into Operate.

The overhead is due either way.

You signed the lease. Rent, lights, and payroll come due whether the 10am courts are full or not. The only number you control is how full you are. Run yours, then start.
