For facilities opening within 4 to 6 months

Open full, not hopeful.

Most buildings open with courts and hope. Yours doesn’t have to. CourtFull Launch is up to sixteen weeks of presale operations, scoped to your building. For a standard six-to-twelve-court facility, the goal we build toward: at least 150 founding members committed before the doors open, roughly $15,000 in monthly recurring revenue on day one, and a programming calendar that is already alive, then a seamless handoff into CourtFull Operate. A twenty-court building carries a bigger goal and a bigger scope.

That is a goal, not a guarantee. It is also not an accident when it happens: it is architecture, campaigns, captains, and a production schedule, run by an operator.

The sixteen weeks

Presale is a production schedule, not a countdown.

Weeks 1–3
Foundation. Local demand and competitive analysis, founding-membership architecture with tiers, caps, and price locks, presale site and checkout built, booking platform and CRM installed.
Weeks 4–10
Presale live. Founding campaign running, captains recruited before there is a building to walk into, corporate, church, school, and park-group partnerships opened, pipeline reported to you weekly.
Weeks 11–16
Opening. Preview events and hard-hat tours converting the waitlist, your team trained on the scripts, opening programming calendar published, and a day-one handoff into CourtFull Operate.
Day one, on the calendar

Your opening month is scheduled before the paint dries.

A CourtFull building opens with the week below already enrolled: cohorts in the mornings, corporate teams at lunch, leagues at prime, and the dayparts most buildings never sell already carrying names. A sample opening week:

What Launch includes

Architecture
Local demand and competitive analysis, founding tiers with caps and price locks, presale landing experience with checkout and waitlist capture.
Systems
Booking platform, CRM, email, and SMS selected with you, set up, and wired to the presale before the first campaign runs. CourtFull implements the platforms you choose; we do not sell software.
Demand
Founding campaign calendar with managed geo-targeted ads, captain and community-organizer recruitment, corporate, church, school, and park-group partnership programs.
Opening
Preview events and hard-hat tours, sales scripts and team training, weekly pipeline reporting, opening programming calendar live on day one, handoff or conversion into Operate.
Franchise openings
Run inside the franchisor's opening playbook and brand standards, scoped against your franchise agreement. Mic operated as a franchisee himself; the FDD is familiar territory.

The engagement

The sixteen-week clock starts when CourtFull receives data and platform access, not at signing, so owner and construction timelines cannot silently burn the schedule. If opening slips past week sixteen for reasons on the construction side, presale management continues month to month, because half-run presales open empty buildings.

Day one is closer than it looks.

The presale clock only runs sixteen weeks, and every week it isn’t running is founding revenue that opens with the doors instead of before them.
