How it works

Enter your basics, drop a CSV from CourtReserve, PodPlay, or any booking platform, and the numbers compute instantly. Print a one-page report or send the summary to Mic.

Why it exists

Most owners know the 7pm answer and guess the rest of the week. This shows the whole week in dollars, so the guessing stops. It is free because finding the gap is not the hard part. Fixing it is, and that is what CourtFull does.

Runs in your browser

Everything computes on this device. Nothing is uploaded or stored on any server, and your session is remembered on this device only. The one exception: files you deliberately send from the Upload tab, encrypted in transit, for your audit or monthly analysis.

How it works

Enter your basics. Facility name, courts, rate, and hours. Fifteen seconds, nothing to sign up for.

Drop your booking export. A CSV from CourtReserve, PodPlay, or any booking platform, covering the last 4 to 12 weeks. It is analyzed entirely on your device.
Where do I get my export file?

CourtReserve: open your reservations report, set the date range to the last 8 to 12 weeks, and export to CSV or Excel (save Excel files as CSV). Any reservations export that includes start time, end time, and court will work.

PodPlay: export your bookings for the last 8 to 12 weeks as a CSV from your bookings or reports area.

Any other platform: any CSV with a start time, an end time, and a court column works. If the analyzer cannot recognize your columns automatically, it will show you a simple matching screen.
