How facility data moves through a CourtFull engagement. Effective August 19, 2026.
The facility profile form accepts no file uploads and collects only the profile information you type in; please never email raw reservation data. The Client Portal analyzer processes booking exports entirely in your browser: nothing dropped on the analyzer is uploaded or stored by CourtFull. Raw exports reach CourtFull only when you deliberately send them through the Portal's upload path.
The sequence: inquiry, fit review, agreement, then a client access link. The Portal's upload path is available through client access links and is used for audits and engagements. Uploads transmit encrypted (HTTPS), are received through our hosting provider's form service, and are accessible only to CourtFull, where they are moved into private client records.
CourtFull requests only the data needed for the engagement: reservation records, booking-platform access, and the marketing accounts named in the agreement. We do not ask for payment card data, member financial records, or anything outside the operating scope.
Client data is never sold, and facility data is never shared with other clients in identifiable form. Cross-facility learning uses patterns, not your identifiable records, unless your agreement explicitly provides for a named case study.
Uploaded exports are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request at any time; retention and deletion terms are also stated in each client agreement. We request only the minimum data needed: start time, end time, court, and status. Member contact columns your platform includes in exports are not needed and we recommend removing them before upload.
