When you submit the facility profile form, we collect the information you enter: your name, role, contact details, and the facility information you choose to share. If you call or email, we keep that correspondence. The facility profile form accepts no file uploads. The Client Portal includes a free analyzer that processes booking exports entirely in your own browser: files dropped on the analyzer are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by CourtFull. The Portal also includes an upload path, available through client access links, for sending an export to CourtFull deliberately as part of an audit or engagement.
We use this information to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and, if you become a client, to deliver the services in your agreement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Reservation exports sent through the Portal upload path transmit encrypted (HTTPS) and are delivered to CourtFull through our hosting provider's form service, where they are accessible only to CourtFull. Uploaded files are used solely to deliver your audit or engagement, are downloaded into CourtFull's private client records, and are deleted from the form service in the ordinary course. Reservation exports may contain member contact details your booking platform includes; we recommend removing columns not needed for analysis (start time, end time, court, and status are sufficient), and we do not use member contact details for any purpose. This site does not set its own tracking cookies. The Portal analyzer stores your facility settings and last results in your own browser's local storage, on your device only; the "switch" control clears it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request data. Forms and uploads are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which receives the contents in order to deliver them to us. We measure site traffic with server-side, cookieless analytics that use no cross-site tracking and store no personal profiles.
